[FindMyMouse] Add Win+Ctrl double press option

Description of the new feature / enhancement

Windows game mode does not activate sometimes, double press ctrl still activates in games. This also conflicts with JetBrains IDE's "run anything" shortcut. Adding Windows Key in addition to Ctrl to prevent activation while still using the double press for convenience.

Scenario when this would be used?

When Windows game mode is not behaving properly, with other apps that has double press ctrl shortcuts
