[Hosts] Word-wrap in additional content window not resets and looks confusing

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Hosts
2. Open "additional content" window
3. Resize Hosts window small and then back to wide

✔️ Expected Behavior

With word-wrap: The word-wrap turns back when the main window becomes bigger again.

Without word-wrap: A scroll bar is shown.

❌ Actual Behavior

The text is wrapped when the flyout gets smaller and the wrapping is kept even if I make the window big again.

Btw, the wrapping is confusing because each line needs to be commented.
