Steps to reproduce

Even after setting the app under "General" to "Run at startup", PowerToys suddenly no longer opens at startup. Tried running both standard and as Administrator, same problem. PowerToysReport_2024-05-02-18-16-46.zip

✔️ Expected Behavior

PowerToys to open on Startup automatically

❌ Actual Behavior

Doesn't run automatically, must be run manually

I had the similar issue, and seems to be resolved at v0.82.0
