PowerToys Run: delay between pressing enter and application/game launching

Steps to reproduce

Open PowerToys Run select Steam or a game installed using Steam and press Enter.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Steam or the game opens instantly or at the same speed as when I open it by clicking with a mouse.

❌ Actual Behavior

It takes 10 seconds or more to launch the Steam or the game.

This does not happen with other applications such a Spotify, Thunderbird, Firefox or other Windows software.

Running PowerToys as admin doesn't change anything.
