Steps to reproduce

I can't reproduce, but here's the problem anyway:

I have CAPS-LOCK mapped to CTRL, and after some number of days the CAPS LOCK seems to turn on because my keyboard becomes 'stuck' in uppercase. Pressing CAPS LOCK does not fix the problem. I must remove the mapping in Keyboard Manager, then press CAPS LOCK to turn it off, and then add the CAPS-LOCK to CTRL mapping back in Keyboard Manager.

I don't think the log will help much -- it seems too recent.

CAPS LOCK should stay remapped

CAPS LOCK turns itself on, even though it is mapped to CTRL
