Steps to reproduce

Sorry, not sure what I'm doing to cause the issue, but the Quick Accent bar keeps popping up on my screen at odd times. Perhaps I've accidentally mistyped something, but I'm not aware of activating it. When it DOES show at the top of the screen, I can't get rid of it easily. ESC or clicking off doesn't seem to work. It just goes when it's ready. I've now switched it off, but it would be handy to use it occasionally.

I'm having this issue as well, I think it happens when you let go of the shortcut too fast after you trigger the popup.

This is basically the same issue as #31988.

@alexchandel I think there's two different issues at play (appearing randomly and getting stuck once it appears).

For it appearing randomly, I had this issue as well. What I noticed is the default setting triggers on Space... so if you're typing along and happen to hit space as you're letting go of your last letter when typing fast and/or hold down the spacebar for too long between words inserting your space, it'll trigger... 🙁

The default should probably just be the Left/Right option instead of including Space.
