Context menu on tray icon of "Report Bug" doesn't do anything

Steps to reproduce

• Right-Click on tray icon
• Click on "Report Bug"
• Wait for message that says "Bug report .zip file has been created on your Desktop"
• (Note the space before the extension in the message)

✔️ Expected Behavior

• A browser or application window to appear to provide bug details, or....
• A "Bug Report.zip" file to be created on the desktop, with instructions inside the zip for how to submit?

❌ Actual Behavior

• The pop-up appears showing the message "Bug report .zip file has been created on your Desktop"
• No file created
• Nothing else happens
