Directly enter plugin mode of powertoys run via shortcut

Description of the new feature / enhancement

suppose we're searching for opened windows, you'll do a shortcut combo and a prefix key triggering powertoys run plugin search. Do we not have something that allow us to define our own shortcut that directly triggers the plugin search.

Just as an example, in vscode we have command+shift+p and command+p and when doing the prior you'll see that the search bar contains a > prefix. Same applies here, we do a simple combo maybe 2 or 3 keys and the search bar will pop up with the prefix prefilled.
