Steps to reproduce

hit Alt-Space and write { no VS Code workspaces shows up

✔️ Expected Behavior

VS Code workspaces shows up

❌ Actual Behavior

no VS Code workspaces shows up. No errors in logs

Also, if you type space after pressing {, does it show VS workspaces?

After pressing space workspaces does shows up, but only local, no WSL workspaces, and search still does not work. PowerToysReport_2024-02-01-14-11-22.zip

it came back after reboot. Sometimes i forget this is Windows :D

I've encountered the same issue and restarts don't fix it.

Most of my workspaces are WSL based, but the files still exist in the Windows FS.

This issue was encountered after updating.

Since my upgrade to 0.78 I am also encountering issues with missing workspaces - I never had any issues before. For me it's also my WSL workspaces missing, in particular WSL1 workspaces. I suspect it is caused by https://github.com/microsoft/PowerToys/pull/30821, which does not seem to handle WSL1

I have the exact same issue after updating to 0.78.0. However, all workspaces (even non-WSL workspaces) do not show, and only show up 10-15 seconds later regardless of whether I start typing the workspace name. Other PT Run plugins seem to work fine.

This has been worked on during the 0.79.0 release cycle. Please update to the latest: https://github.com/microsoft/PowerToys/releases
