[Run] Windows Settings Plugin Does Not Follow Global Sort Order

Steps to reproduce

When setting the global sort order of the 'Windows Settings' plugin in Powertoys Run to the lowest value out of all enabled plugins, it still shows at the top of search results. Please see the image below:

✔️ Expected Behavior

I expect the results from the plugin to be moved down the list, after the plugins that are ranked higher.

❌ Actual Behavior

The rank of results does not change for this plugin specifically. The rest seem to work.
