Steps to reproduce

Create a dev box from devbox.microsoft.com (uses windows 11)

Login via remote desktop

install powertoys

restore the profile from the physical machine (which uses windows 10)

Verify the exact same key remappings are present

The keys and shortcuts work on the physical machine but not on the remote machine

✔️ Expected Behavior

key remappings should have worked exactly similarly on both physical and remote machines

❌ Actual Behavior

The keys and shortcuts work on the physical machine but not on the remote machine

The same problem has occurred on my computer(Win11). Hope it can be fixed.
