'Ghost' searchboxes briefly appear when PowerToys is first launched

Steps to reproduce

Settings enabled are: Environment Variables; Find My Mouse; Quick Accent; Shortcut Guide; FancyZones; PowerToys Run; Screen Ruler. Launch PowerToys. Two graphical glitches occur about 5 seconds apart (consistent with load time?). Issue still arises when not running as admin. Trial and error discovers Quick Accent is associated with the first 'searchbox' element and PowerToys Run is associated with the second.

✔️ Expected Behavior

No graphical glitches at startup.

❌ Actual Behavior

Two graphical glitches occur about 5 seconds apart when PowerToys is launched. (nb black screen in video is the permissions window for running as admin).

This seems to be a WpfUI bug.

UPDATE:

I installed PowerToys 0.78 as WPF UI has been upgraded to 3.0.0-preview.13

Unfortunately, the issue still remains.
