Steps to reproduce

Press install in microsoft store. It fails with 0x80070005 error. I have tried everything including this, to troubleshoot all problems with Microsoft Stroe, but powertoys still refuse to install.

It downloads https://github.com/microsoft/PowerToys/releases/download/v0.77.0/PowerToysUserSetup-0.77.0-x64.exe and installs successfully. I am on Windows 11 22621.2715
