Quick Accent multiple character set selection

Description of the new feature / enhancement

Having option to select multiple character sets would help people working in multilingual environments.

Scenario when this would be used?

If user working in France and wants to use Greek lettering while typing, he would have to enable all character sets, thus slowing him down because he would have to go thru all characters to find one he wants.This is only example, but option to select multiple caracter sets without need to enable all of them would be nice.
