Steps to reproduce

Step 1. Open PowerToys Run Settings Menu Step 2. Modify the field labeled for Number of results shown before scrolling to a value other than default. Step 3. Ensure that under Plugins hints, that either "All" or "Not included in global results" is selected. Step 3. Launch PowerToys Run

✔️ Expected Behavior

Previously this configuration setting to increase the results returned ALSO increased the number of Plugin Hints (Expecting behavior of it disabling the scrollbar and viewing more than 5 Plugin Hints).

(Background): In prior versions this feature also applied to the number of plugins that would appear initially - now considered "Plugin Hints".

❌ Actual Behavior

Launching PowerToys Run and viewing the Plugin Hints defaults to FIVE (5) rows displayed, including a scroll bar.

I can repro. Not high priority but sounds like a quick fix.
