Editor doesn't display/work correctly - Dual screen with laptop and 49inch ultra when changing positions

Steps to reproduce

set up laptop beside a 49 inch ultra wide. (im using samsung oddysey g9 oled) set up different custom zones on each and apply to each then swap the laptop to the other side and change it's position using the windows 11 display settings. then try to edit the laptops fancy zone - unfortunately it doesn't show the editor correctly.

✔️ Expected Behavior

the regular editor to be displayed on the laptop screen when editing

❌ Actual Behavior

the editor is showing on a small portion of the g9 instead.
