Freeze when using screen ruler

Originally noticed on 0.76.2 but still found on v0.78.0

Steps to reproduce
Config:
The issue only occurs when using multiple monitors. It appears to work fine on a single screen. The resolution doesn't appear to matter.
Scenario:
- Start powertoys.
- Press win + shift + M
- Click the spacing button. (Sometimes it just freezes up at this point but not usually).
- The mouse lines appear and it's possible to measure things.
- Click the screen. The mouse lines disappear.
- Click the spacing button again.
- It completely freezes and needs powertoys needs to be restarted.
✔️ Expected Behavior
Step 4) of the reproduction can be done repeatedly.
❌ Actual Behavior
It freezes up so it's basically unusable for me.

I was able to reproduce this issue. Using same steps as above. Switching modes using keyboard shortcuts is also non-functional due to this issue. Version is 0.76.2.

Yes I am also seeing this issue repeating the steps above. Using Version is 0.78.0
Issue remains in v0.78.0.
IF some1 @Microsoft could confirm this issue and try to resolve?

Same issue here. I am on W10 with version v0.79.0. Basically make the feature unusable.
