Steps to reproduce
Image resizer doesn't work anymore. I uninstalled 0.75.1, then installed a 0.72.1 and it worked. I choosed 0.72.1 because I had the installer available, don't know about intermediate versions (but I have some 0.74.x and it works).
I tested on two PCs, Windows 10 22H2 with latest windows updates.
I right click on the images (JPG, one or more: same result), choose image resize, nothing happen. I found three events in log, I attach them
event 1001 windows error reporting.txt event 1026 net runtime.txt event 1000 application.txt
✔️ Expected Behavior
That interface of resizer started.
❌ Actual Behavior
It didn't start.

I see the same. Windows 10 Pro, build 19045.3930, experience pack 1000.19053.1000.0, Power Toys v0.77.0 (was also in previous version, but I was hoping it would be fixed)
Also not working for me. Windows 11 Pro 22631.3527, Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22700.1003.0. PowerToys v0.80.1. Prompt comes up, progress bar flashes, and it closes. Doesn't work at all.
