Description of the new feature / enhancement

Those who familiar with Steam Chord buttons understand how convenient it is to change the volume and take the screenshots without hassle Xbox Game Bar has, and I want to have something similar but waaaaay more customizable, and with ability to turn some shortcuts off while in game (for example, press Y to get into notifications center)

Scenario when this would be used?

If I want to take the screenshot, I'd rather set up the PowerGamepad once (or whatever it will be named) and use my custom shortcut, for example, Xbox+A, to take a screenshot, and then share it via Xbox Game Bar when I want to do so. This feature could allow power users to turn their PCs with tens of gaming emulators and Windows-native games into ultimate gaming and multimedia combine. I, personally, prefer Linux, especially with GNOME desktop environment, for such things because of gamepad-controllable Lutris app and Kodi media center, and easy way to assign gamepad shortcuts to bring the Activities menu (just map the Xbox button to Win key, in simple words). Emulation works better on Windows, but that hassle with running back and forth with keyboard and gamepad just pisses me off, and not only me
