Steps to reproduce
Copy some text or even a bitmap image or a file on either computer (local or remote)
✔️ Expected Behavior
Copied data or file is available when pasting on the other side
❌ Actual Behavior
Nothing. The clipboard remains as it was on both ends individually, nothing is copied over. This makes it really hard to work with two computers because simple things like copying a short ID text or a URL for further processing on the other side is impossible without using cloud tools like Google Keep.
Files are also not copied. I need to send over files via Bluetooth instead. Also very inconvenient.
Both used to work unreliably in previous versions. Now it's very reliable. It reliably does anything.

I want to add something: I used Mouse Without Borders App before you integrated it in Powertoys and it worked perfectly! When you integrated it in Powertoys. I uninstalled the standalone Mouse Without Borders and started to use the integrated version, the main function works perfectly, but the clipboard function in the integrated version never worked as it worked int the standalone version. Almost 100% of the time, it doesn't work at all. I use the app with admin rights. I don't know if it helps, but I hibernate both laptops at the end of the day. So I have discovered that if you run the file: PowerToys.MouseWithoutBordersHelper.exe located at: C:\Program Files\PowerToys\ on both computers running PowerToys, the clipboard functionality for text does work. I have not been able to get Drag and Drop or File copy and paste working however.

Can confirm that running this EXE on both machines activates text copy/paste capability when it was not working before.
Maybe the PowerToys app should run this for us somehow - either by default or when a toggle is selected.
I have the strange situation that I can copy text and files in one direction.
Running & "C:\Program Files\PowerToys\PowerToys.MouseWithoutBordersHelper.exe" seems to fix the text copy, but still can't copy files in the other direction.
Is there any diagnostic logs that might show why it isn't working?
