Steps to reproduce
It happens with lots of searches, but for example: when searching for "webflow" I type "web" and the first result is always "Apps for Websites" no matter how much I use the Webflow app and dont use "Apps for Websites". Changing the Global sort order score modifier both on programs and on Windows settings seems to have no effect.
✔️ Expected Behavior
Show me "Webflow" before showing me "Apps for Websites".
❌ Actual Behavior
It shows me "Apps for Websites" and the Global sort order score modifier does not seem to be having any effect.

Can confirm, same issue here. Typing "disc" leads to "Connect to a wireless display" (search key: discovery ...) showing up first instead of "Discord", even though the priority for the settings has been set to -250 (way below the +20 of applications).
Let me know if screenshots / video recordings are needed.
