Steps to reproduce

New Key simply didn't generate keys, the text box keeps empty.

✔️ Expected Behavior

A new key to be generated.

❌ Actual Behavior

nothing happened.

Fixed for me in v0.74.0

I installed v0.74.0 and there is a key available now, and I can connect my machines together, but the New key button still does not generate a new key. One step closer though, thanks.

Im on v0.74.1 with a version installed from the microsoft store and the key does not show and the new key button does nothing

I had the same problem. It worked after uninstalling the original Mouse without Borders. Even though I had it closed on both machines, I couldn't generate a key until it was uninstalled.

v0.80.1 and the new key button does absolutely nothing on 2 machines.

Found a fix, you have to turn on/off the Mouse without border radio button in General tab. If you're in the settings page for MWB then that radio button to turn it off and on does nothing.
