PowerToys Run periodically disabling itself

Steps to reproduce

Install PowerToys. Enable PowerToys Run.

Come back some time later, try to access PowerToys Run via the shortcut (either default or custom).

✔️ Expected Behavior

PowerToys Run prompt comes up

❌ Actual Behavior

PowerToys Run does not show up. Opening up the PowerToys program itself reveals that PowerToys Run has been disabled.

Sorry I don't have better steps for replication, but I'm just periodically and seemingly-randomly finding that PowerToys Run is disabled one day. I haven't noticed anything connecting each instance of it being disabled; it isn't updating that causes it, because I just updated PowerToys and it's still enabled.

I'm also experiencing this issue. I turn off my PC every night and the next day some modules are disabled. The major ones that toggle off for me are fancyzones and keyboard manager.
