Steps to reproduce

Can´t use traditional shortcuts in other Apps (Illustrator, Acrobat). CTRL + Space to zoom in, for instance. After Exiting Power Toys, all ok again.

I then realised Registry Preview and Text Extractor were "on" (without me turning them on - and I didn't want them on). I've turned them off and restarted the other Apps and they worked as expected.

So, I was working with these on:

Ruler Color Picker Registry Preview Text Extractor

I'm now working with the first two and all seems ok.
