Add all PowerToys shortcut keys to Shortcut Guide

Description of the new feature / enhancement

While shortcut guide is definitely handy to remind me of the inbuilt Windows shortcuts, the ones that are far more valuable are the ones for PowerToys. It seems a little crazy that PowerToys shortcuts aren't included, as I far more often need to recall, for example, what keys do what with FancyZones, which I use constantly, as opposed to needing the quick switch panel to connect to a projector, which I've never used not even one time in my entire life.

Scenario when this would be used?

Every time I can't remember a key, I hit the Win+Shift+/ shortcut and I see the Windows shortcuts, but also, perhaps tabbed by application, the shortcut keys for each of the PowerToys. Also, it remembers the last tab I used next time I open it.
