Mouse cursor blinks when Peek is enabled

Steps to reproduce

When I enable Peek, my mouse cursosrs blinks as if they was blocking CPU activity, constantly, until I disable Peek.

✔️ Expected Behavior

My mouse cursor should stay a pointer, until there is effectively blocking CPU activity.

❌ Actual Behavior

The mouse cursors blinks (rapidly) from cursor to cursor + process torus when Peek is enabled
