Steps to reproduce
Preview any text-based file.
✔️ Expected Behavior
File contents to appear without a flashbang.
❌ Actual Behavior
When previewing any text file when in Dark mode, Peek will draw the window in white, then redraw in black. For any window of moderate to large size, this means every time you preview a text file, you're getting an annoying white flash.
Understand that may be outside of Powertoy's control at the moment, as this is generally a problem across Windows since dark mode was made possible.

Thank you for the report, this issue will be fixed in the hotfix. Fix ref: https://github.com/microsoft/PowerToys/pull/26342
Also some filetypes previews are left completely white mode all the time (.csv, .ahk, ...)
These epilepsy-inducing, short, bright flashes are really painful.
