Empty window 'WinUI Desktop' hangs indefinitely at system launch

Steps to reproduce

The issue occurred at system launch (win 11 x64 22H2): an empty "WinUI Desktop window' appears with the spinning icon, and never completes or closes. I used Process Explorer and found that the empty window's process is PowerToys.Peek.UI.exe.

I attach some screenshots (the 2nd is taken whil I press Alt+Tab) and a bug report log.

Notes: It doesn't occur consistently, only once today (and I restarted Windows and the issue didn't occur). Also, it has never occurred before (with previous PowerToys versions).
