Steps to reproduce

Just enable the PowerToys Peek with shortcut Ctrl+Space selected.

✔️ Expected Behavior

The PowerToys peek shortcut should only be enabled when File Explorer is active.

❌ Actual Behavior

The PowerToys Peek shortcut (CTRL+SPACE) when is active and when you are using Visual Studio Code, impacts not triggering the suggestion popup in VSCode.

Same bug here, i have just found the cause of the problem thanks to StackOverflow, just change the default shortcut of Peek. I was freaking out (by the way i have bought new pc since 2 days and thought it was an hardware problem lol).
