Peek better default shortcut - ctrl+space is too common

Description of the new feature / enhancement

After the update, I experienced an unpleasant phenomenon where the ctrl+space keyboard shortcut stopped working. I use it a lot to invoke IntelliSense in VSCode, and that's where I looked for the source of the problem. After a long search, it turned out that disabling the PowerToys process fixed the problem. Looking more closely at the functionalities and their assigned keyboard shortcuts, I discovered that the source of the problems was Peek, which, unnoticed by me, overwrote the shortcut.

Please consider using another default keyboard shortcut, as I'm sure this one is commonly used by other users as well

Scenario when this would be used?

• Using IntelliSense in VSCode stops working and it is hard to conclude why
• ctrl+space shortcut may be in common use for many users and it stops working

Also worth noting it occurs in any program, including games where its common to use those keys simultaneously
