feature request: disable windows explorer automatic selection of folder type for "Optimize this folder for" function

Description of the new feature / enhancement

This function is broken in windows 11, "Also apply this template to all subfolders" is not working so you'll need to change for EVERY folder instead of just one top folder/disk. So, it would be nice if powertoys can disable automatic selection of folder type globally/per directory.

Scenario when this would be used?

If you have large folders with music/video/photos, especially on HDD you will get slow loading times for this folder, even NVME will not help if you have thousands of files.

It is known problem that windows explorer sorts folders by metadata (which will be very slow on hdd, and slow on ssd/nvme with large folder) if "Optimize this folder for" is set to "Pictures/Music/Videos" (windows sets this type automatically, you can't disable this):
