Registry Preview - Add file header (Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00)

Description of the new feature / enhancement

There should be an option to add Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00 to the first line of a file (plus add a blank line after that).

Every valid .reg file has to contain the RegistryEditorVersion. (In case someone needs proof)

For all people that can install PowerToys on their system RegistryEditorVersion will be Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00. There should be a button to add that to the first line of the file.

Scenario when this would be used?

Every time I create a .reg file I have to either copy that from a different file or type it out manually. Would save a lot of time if I didn't have to do that. PowerToys checks if the line is there, but if it isn't, it just says "<file> doesn't appear to be a valid registry file!".
