Make Peek appear on the same monitor close to the File Explorer window

Description of the new feature / enhancement

Currently, when I use Peek to inspect a file in File Explorer on Monitor 2, the Peek window will show up far away on Monitor 1. It would be helpful if the Peek window appeared on the same monitor as the focused File Explorer window, preferably near the file selected.

Scenario when this would be used?

This would be useful when inspecting files with Peek when having multiple monitors. It would be great to have, as it would really make the functionality "peek" like if it appeared right next to file selected (or at least next to the File Explorer window)
