Area(s) with issue?
FancyZones
Steps to reproduce
I'm guessing this bug is the same on every person's computer I'm assuming. You can replicate it by just closing and reopening a window that was in the zone.
✔️ Expected Behavior
I'm expecting the window to be "usable" inside the zone everytime it remembers it's position of the zone. The problem is I open up a window but I use 'switch between windows in the current zone' All the time. But it will not register that window in the current zone in order to switch the windows. I have to regrab the window and hold shift and reput it into the zone which is quite annoying. Is there a way when 'move newly created windows to their last known zone' it would register that it is in the zone and enable me to use 'Switch between windows in the current zone'?
❌ Actual Behavior
It just opens but is technically not in the zone that I want. Changing zone layouts I assume won't work because it's not registering the window in that zone.
Other Software
I'm using windows 11.

It seems like this is the same thing as the issue I run into; if so, I think it's all windows* (including PowerToys Settings). FancyZones does a pretty good job of restoring size and position of newly created windows, with the exception of some apps that are already known (explorer, notepad, etc), but it doesn't actually snap them there. When you have the "Disable round corners when window is snapped" setting, it makes it pretty apparent when a window isn't actually snapped.
Test setup: Bottom left Chrome window and VLC window are snapped. Top right chrome tab, Discord, and PowerToys Settings are intentionally not snapped.
After closing and reopening VLC (just an example): You can see that it was moved/sized correctly, but it wasn't actually snapped there, so it still has the rounded corners.
*Windows Terminal (1.16.10262.0) is the sole exception - it actually does behave as I would expect (both with and without the rounded windows setting), which is rather curious.

Have you found anything out? It is the same for every application. It's nothing to do with a single application as it is with everything and is a general mechanic that is missing.
