Description of the new feature / enhancement

Make special characters available though keyboard, like … ~ and (sadly missing on the italian keyboard) `, so important in programming and markdown. You can eventually adopt macintosh or linux approach of keystrokes' combinations, or a system like japanese IME, or smartphone's overlay's as you did for Quick Accent. Configurable?

Scenario when this would be used?

avoid the ALT+numpad combination wich requires knowledge and memory (and a numpad!) or the time-consuming search of symbols in characters map.

PowerToys QuickAccent feature offers this. ~ is available under minus (-) key "accents" /needinfo

• to ~ doesn't work on my italian keybord (not in the "alphabetical" side nor in the numpad). Still, ìd like a way to configure QuickAccent to add any combination I need
