[Feature Request] Key repeat rate is too slow on windows, can powertoy make it faster?

Description of the new feature / enhancement

under Windows 10, search "Keyboard" , open "Keybord properties" , there's a repeat rate, set it to Fast, still too SLOW

Scenario when this would be used?

there's a backdoor for macosx to set faster repeat rate , but there's none for windows
