Request taskbar/taskbar editor in PowerToys

Description of the new feature / enhancement

preferred in the next version of PowerToys, an insertion of the Taskbar/taskbar-Editor, for monitors of long size, such as 3840x1080 (also 1200 and other formats), so that you can have the Taskbar and maybe Windows 10 StartMenu in the center, or on the right, if you use FancyZones, with Monitor splitter, to be able to each splitter to have a Taskbar with Startmenu. All otherwise I have to move from one side to the other more movement with the mouse, being careful that if you play, that the double taskbar does not go above the Game window... thank you and I hope good news in the next version

Scenario when this would be used?

as explained above, for large (Curved) monitors. Mouse movement from side to side of the monitor to reach the Windows 10 Start Button. Windows 10 does not have the ability to center the Startmenu and Taskbar icons like Windows 11

The ability to centre the Start Button and configure it on a per-monitor basis in Windows 10 would be amazing.
