FancyZones causing windows to jump between monitors on screen wake

Steps to reproduce

• Have a multi-monitor setup (I am using a laptop's built-in 1080p display and a 4K HDMI display)
• Set up FancyZones to have zones on both monitors
• Have windows open on both monitors and snapped to zones
• Lock the computer and allow the monitors to fall asleep
• Wake the computer and log in

I first noticed this behavior with version 0.68.0

✔️ Expected Behavior

Windows should remain where they were when the computer was locked.

❌ Actual Behavior

Several windows from the 4K display will appear on the laptop display. After a few seconds they will move to the 4K display. A few seconds later the windows will move back to the laptop display. This seems to happen 2-3 times with the windows finally ending up where they should be. Not all windows will do this, and the same window will not do it every time.

Before 0.68.0 it would sometimes take a little while for FancyZones to become active. FancyZones is currently activating much faster on 0.68.0 and will place windows back into their zones more reliably but takes a little bit due to this bug.

Other Software

Nothing I think is of consequence. I have noticed this behavior mainly with Outlook, Firefox, and Edge.
