Shortcut guide for PowerToys shortcuts

Description of the new feature / enhancement

The existing shortcut guide for built-in Windows shortcuts is fine, but what I believe is really needed is a shortcut guide for the PowerToys shortcuts. The built-in ones have been there for years and many probably know these by heart. However, for PowerToys it is many specialized/rearly used and fequently added shortcuts!

Scenario when this would be used?

Whenever you want to become a PowerToys Ninja
