Steps to reproduce

Problem: Saved settings won't remain after completely closing down PowerToys (not just minimizing to system tray)

Questions: Is that possible and how? Thank you

Being able to save settings would indeed be a big improvement. As it is now you have to enable the tools you want every time you start/reboot the computer. (I'm running the app as admin, while OP is not)
