Steps to reproduce
Step 1: Launch Power Toys. Step 2: Launch any Fullscreen game. Step 3: Input lag can be observed within a couple of minutes. This persists after closing the app/game e.g. Using a browser
When typing on the keyboards the characters appear with a 1-5 second delay depending on the keystrokes entered.
During the gameplay the character moves long after button is no longer pressed and there is an initial delay.
✔️ Expected Behavior
Instant response to the keypress
❌ Actual Behavior
Delayed initial response with recurring delay between each keystroke.

Have the same issue. Never used the keyboard manager and disabled it. Did not help.
Lags are related to CPU load, the higher the load, the stronger the lags.

No, I do not have any keyboard manager overrides.
I launch background programs one by one until the lag disappears when I close them
I have a similar problem in dota2, but much more serious. The keyboard can fail completely for up to 1 minute, none of the keys work, including fn keys, caps lock and ctrl-alt-delete. Other peripherals such as the mouse respond normally. The input lag/fail will continue for 3~10 mins even I quitted dota. This happens in any situation, not only in full screen mode.
Same for me.. I wondered why i had disabled powertoys then remembered it was because of the extreme input lag at startup. I also have disabled almost everything except fancyzones.
