Steps to reproduce

Dual monitors. Zones setup via editor. Windows in place, not modified when monitors powered down. Once monitors are powered back up, windows are bunched up on secondary monitor.

Windows to stay in place.

Once monitors are powered back up, windows are bunched up on secondary monitor.
