Steps to reproduce

When I type SLEEP, it offers me the option: Put computer to sleep. But when I click on this option, nothing happens.

Put computer to Sleep mode

Thank you 😄 Nothing is useful in the log files, though 🤔 Can you please try running powercfg /a in a command prompt to list the available sleep states in the computer? /needinfo

I think this seems to be the problem. Your computer doesn't seem to support the sleep state as we're calling it 🤔 Are you able to put the computer the sleep normally using Windows? /needinfo

I have the same issue and can confirm I am able to put the computer to sleep normally by using the Sleep option in Start -> Power icon, or from the Power icon on the lock screen.

The output of powercfg /a is exactly the same for me as what was pasted above.
