Steps to reproduce
Option to choose "Resize Images" does no longer appear when selecting, and right-clicking image(s).
✔️ Expected Behavior
I expect the option to resize my images when I right click images that are at jpg, jpeg, or png
❌ Actual Behavior
Option to resize is completely gone - please see attached screenshot in "Steps to reproduce"

Hi, just tried installing from the Store on Windows 10. Image Resizer is there. We changed HKLM to HKCU for this release. Is your admin user a different user than your current user, by any chance? /needinfo
