Description of the new feature / enhancement

FancyZones

set the size and position of zones when creating layouts
change the hotkey for switching layouts
input/export layouts (maybe in JSON format)

PowerToys Run

the ability to change the scale/size of the search window

Scenario when this would be used?

FancyZones

This is generally useful for creating layouts and would grant the ability to create layouts programmatically.

Import / export would be great! Unfortunately after every Windows reinstallation I have to manually create my zones, like 1/2, 1/4, 1/3, 2/5, everything for each side.

I'd love an export/import feature.
