Open and position new Windows File Explorer windows in next available zone

Description of the new feature / enhancement

Why not provide an option that forces each subsequent window, used by the same application, to open in the next available zone not used by the same application? Perhaps the user could number desired zones to indicate their preferred order of opening windows for any given application. If a zone is unnumbered, then applications would not open automatically in these zones. Once numbered zones are filled by the same application, then the order could be repeated for subsequent windows for the same application.

Scenario when this would be used?

Anytime a user is working with multiple windows for the same application, subsequent windows would orderly open in different zones specified by the user instead of on top of each other. This would allow the user to immediately view a series of open windows side-by-side for the same application without having to move each window. Examples might include Windows File Explorer, accounting programs, multiple Word or Excel documents, and so forth.
