Description of the new feature / enhancement

A separate keyboard shortcut to open the color picker's editor.

Scenario when this would be used?

The editor is very useful but it is situational. I don't want to use the editor every time I use the color picker. I don't want to make the shortcut "Only pick a color" either because I do want to use the editor occasionally. A separate keyboard shortcut to open the color picker editor would be very convenient.
