[Awake] Add the feature to prevent PC locks

Description of the new feature / enhancement

Add a feature to Awake that prevents the computer lock while the toggle switch is enabled. While this feature is enabled, dynamic locking via Bluetooth should also be disabled.

Scenario when this would be used?

If I am playing Minecraft and my PC is locked, Minecraft returns to the title screen. I often want to keep Minecraft running and produce items automatically while I sleep.
