Steps to reproduce

In CMD console window, use up key to bring back last command. Use left arrow key to edit command line.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Quick Accent shouldn't be activated as I didn't use any of the activation keys

❌ Actual Behavior

Quick Accent window appeared and took focus and can't be dismissed without turning the feature off.
