Description of the new feature / enhancement

I love most of the powertoy features, but some features are for most a bit useless but with a lot of potential.

i have a few times been thinking that the shortcut guide would bee usefull if it was possible to make your own, or to have it work with program detection, so when you were using programs like photoshop, illustrator, 3Ds max or other, it would be able to show the program relevant shortcuts

Scenario when this would be used?

when you are using many different programs and just need a reminder for some specific shortcuts quickly in the opened program
